This Isn't Your Average Sports Camp
Forget laps around a field. Our curriculum is built around Ninja Warrior-style obstacle courses and movement games. Kids build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence -- without even realizing they're working out.
- Morning Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and group games that get the body fired up and ready to move.
- Technical Obstacle Stations: Jumping, rolling, climbing, balance beams, and safe landing technique -- all taught step-by-step with hands-on coaching.
- Challenge Rounds: Team battles, timed runs, and Foam Pit launches that crank up the energy and build real teamwork.
Body and Brain: Building Mental Toughness Too
These camps aren't just about getting stronger. Kids learn to stay calm under pressure, read obstacles fast, and figure out solutions on the fly. That's the parkour mindset -- and it sticks with them long after camp ends.
